	Key Features

	Mail Forwarding Intelligent Mail sits before your mail servers blocking unwanted emails and thus reducing your bandwidth. BoilerPlate Apply a standard message such as a company disclaimer to all email’s. Multi Virus Engines Intelligent Mail includes Anti-virus engines from multiple vendors supporting scans for some of the known Bank phasing emails. Spam Control Full intelligent spam control including a ‘suspect spam’ option allowing you to fine tune your settings. Attachment Control Specify email attachments to be dropped at the gateway. There are rules for normal attachments and also attachments that have been contained within a zip file. Greylisting Allow all initial connections to be rejects after the Helo triplet has been received with a temporary failure. This is then stored in a database ready for the retry (which all legitimate mail servers will do) and then is passed straight through. This also has a learning database and once 5 emails have been received with the same triplets, email will not be subject to further temporary failures. Whitelisting Exclude certain servers / emails from the different processes provided – this applies to all services except anti virus checking. Blacklisting Mark certain servers / emails as spam in every case. Directional Control For your domains Allow different settings to be applied for inbound and outbound emails, eg different boilerplates, antivirus settings (block outbound, but clean inbound) etc. HELO Exchange Verification Verify that the sending IP is the IP that it claims to be, using a multitude of DNS, Forward DNS and Reverse DNS lookups. Sender Verification Verify that the sender of the email is actually capable of receiving a return email (stopping random spoofed from addresses). Advanced Log Searching Track emails through your gateway and see the status of that email based on subject, sender and recipient.
